Customers may face problems with their systems we weren't aware of, if we focus on testing single components. We simply can't copy each and every customer setup, but we want to have test results that are more relevant. The idea is to ask the customers what hardware setup they use for which purpose/application - in order to identify areas to focus on, and create common test scenarios for reference. First step: What do we want to know, and what are the right questions ...
